Delta is a city in British Columbia. Located south of Richmond, it is bordered by the Fraser River to the north, the United States to the south and the city of Surrey to the east. Delta is composed of three distinct communities: Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta.

If you’re looking for a great city with good schools, outdoor activities, shopping, then Delta is the place for you. Delta has many beautiful parks and scenic trails for walking, hiking, biking, in-line skating and horseback riding.

One of the cons of Delta is the high real estate prices. Much like all of the lower mainland, the home prices here are not cheap.
